Do you feel like you're constantly trying to meet everyone else's expectations—always the dependable one, the peacemaker, the overachiever? Maybe you say yes when you want to say no, stay busy to avoid uncomfortable feelings, or feel pressure to be the “strong one” who has it all together. But beneath it all, you might feel drained, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you really are outside of what others need from you.

Therapy is a space where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out. I believe healing starts with feeling seen and understood, and I’m here to offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what truly matters to you. Together, we can untangle the patterns that keep you stuck, understand where they come from, and help you reconnect with your own needs, values, and desires.

I see adult individuals, adolescents, and children in-person in the Charlotte, NC area and virtually in the state of North Carolina. I work with a variety of issues such as anxiety, women’s issues, religious trauma and spiritual abuse, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and attachment issues. I use an integrative approach of Acceptance and Commitment Theory, Internal Family Systems, and attachment theory. I am also EMDR trained.
